I started ICS 21 years ago mainly due to a fascination with computers, networking and problem solving. It began as a focus on fixing and troubleshooting, but over time, the concept of my actual role with the companies that employed me took shape. More and more businesses were relying on me to handle the lifeblood of their livelihood – their invaluable data and the systems that maintain and manipulate it.
I firmly believe this is the difference between an “IT Guy” and a Consultant. For the Consultants at ICS, it’s second nature to focus upon listening to and actually understanding our clients’ business requirements as a precursor to doing ANYTHING. This approach typically results in real solutions with long-term strategic value to our Clients.
